After 23 years with Shell in the Oil & Gas Upstream business, Martijn established his consultancy firm EMONEO Energy Consulting which focuses on strategy development, up-scaling of start-ups unsustainable energy and management of public-private relationships and negotiations.

During the career at Shell, Martijn worked as General Manager in Exploration and Development of new Upstream and LNG gas projects. Martijn also held Executive roles in HSE Management and Stakeholder Governance for global Exploration and M&A activities.

Martijn has an MSc in Geophysics from Stanford University, USA, and is alumnus of Business Leadership programs at IMD and HBS.

Marc bring 20 years of experience in the energy sector. He is the founder of WellDecommissioned B.V., an innovative service provider active in upstream re-use and decommissioning. He is an outcome-driven leader and a natural collaborator working effectively with engineers, operators and executives.

Previously, Marc worked for Shell in Europe and Southeast Asia, and for Rabobank. Leveraging his sharp analysis, persistence, and stakeholder management he has delivered multiple business improvements and with significant bottom line impact.

Marc holds a masters in Industrial Engineering & Management from University of Twente, and an executive masters in Finance & Control from Vrije University of Amsterdam.
